______________

This CD is released in conspiracy between Seiðr of Death, Alarūnō, Avgrundsklanger and Amor Fati, this is a release that has taken several of years to conclude.

"Jēresa Gangaz" is a compilation CD that features some new constellations, as well as other more established ones, all, for the sake of absolute simplicity, being somehow connected through the label Seiðr of Death Productions (Ex-Scythe of Death Productions) in some way, although going into more details is certainly required, and entails quite a bit more;

This first instalment (of what could potentially could become a series in more than just one part) "Jēresa Gangaz", have a respective artist pay tribute to a certain day of significance/day of celebration/holiday exclusively within the Germanic calendar.
The purpose of the compilation is to act as a mood enhancer and a spiritual reminder of the darker aspects and essences connected with various seasonal holidays rooted in the Germanic tradition based of the Germanic calendar.
"Jēresa Gangaz" is, in itself, a Proto-Germanic phrase that, when put into a modern context out of all Germanic languages, the German word "Jahrgang" comes closest to, although having taken form of a new definition in the modern world.

"Jahr" equates to the English word "year".
"Gang" equates to the English words "motion", "progress", "way" or "going".

What "Jēresa Gangaz" actually means, however, is the passing of an entire year.
Which makes even more sense when reading further:

Wurmaz goes in to more details concerning every day/season connected to each song in the booklet, but to understand it even more from a spiritual perspective, we heavily recommend that you also buy a copy of Abgrundjabōkiz - Twai, released by the Germanic Männerbund ABGRUNDJASKALKAZ.
